Frequently Asked Questions

KSA RETURNS - We want to ensure you are always happy with your CSLIDE products. As such, we offer
returns up to 3 days after you receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-10 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times.
Products purchased during sale events will be refunded through CSLIDE shopping vouchers only. We offer free shipping to our customers and a return fee for ouritems of 20 SR.

To ship an item back to CSLIDE please: Email CSLIDE.sa@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box.

Credit/Debit Card: at CSLIDE, your card number is always safe and protected using certified leading encryption technology. A secure shopping experience is a priority and a guarantee, and your details remain private and encrypted. We currently accept Visa, Mada, Apple Pay,Mastercard and AMEX credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees. 

Please note that we currently can only accept orders within KSA and ideally orders are delivered within 2-4 working days from placement.
